Description

This acquisition is a re-solicitation for an exclusive use long-term safe Layberth for MARAD vessels CAPE WASHINGTON and CAPE WRATH to be located on the USEC. The solicitation will consist of a base year and 4 option years with an alternate bid will be a base year and 9 option years. Award will be based on the lowest price technically qualified bidder.

Current Status This is a re-solicitation of an existing requirement for MARAD. The Layberth is required by November 17, 2023.
