| Description | The purpose of this requirement is to provide broad range of workforce development program planning, training delivery and related services to the Volpe Office of Human Resources for Volpe skills development programs. These services will involve and impact the full range of employees at Volpe in one capacity or another at various times. The services required will include workforce development program planning including the delivery of a variety of development activities / training sessions of various types at the Center, career management and counseling services and career related testing, assessment and feedback. The contractor may also be asked to develop evaluation systems and surveys to assess the quality as well as the return on investment for these same development activities / training session |
