The work consists of a New Steel Girder Bridge, removal of existing bridge, embankment, excavation, turnout rehabilitation, curve enhancement, Utility relocations and installation of new Park utilities, signage, traffic control,  culverts, asphalt milling, full depth reclamation, driven pipe piles, concrete, retaining wall, wing walls, guard rails, thin bonded overlay, stone masonry, maintenance hole lid adjustments, paving, and striping.
