Description

The requirement will be for legal Final Agency Dismissal services for the Agency to prepare recommended Final Agency Decisions (FADs) to conform to the standards established by EEOC. FADs shall be prepared on the merits of employment discrimination complaints filed against DOT based on information contained in the administrative file and report of ROI, applying all relevant and applicable theories of discrimination and EEO case law.
