Description | The requirement will be for legal investigation of discrimination complaints and report submission. Review discrimination complaints formally filed against DOT by employees, former employees, and applicants for employment to determine whether the complaint should be accepted for processing based on the EEOC regulations, applicable laws, statutes, regulations, executive orders and directives. Conduct investigations and prepare Reports of Investigation (ROI) on the facts developed in EEO discrimination complaints filed against DO by employees, former employees, and applicants for employment in conformance with the standards established by the EEOC, and based on information contained in the investigative file and on-site investigation.
