Description

This acquisition is for a New Entrant Contact Center (NECC) for the purpose of verifying, validating, tracking and reporting each new entrant motor carrier’s status and information as recorded in the Motor Carrier Management Information System (MCMIS). The Contractor shall be responsible for the operation and day to day management of the NECC to include the facility, telephones and all equipment required for the normal operation of the center.  The NECC shall be operational five days a week Monday through Friday 8 a.m. thru 8 p.m.
