      The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) hosted an informational webinar for those interested in applying to receive technical assistance, planning, and capacity building support through DOT’s Thriving Communities Program Call for Letters of Interest (LOI). The webinar featured important information on what kind of support the program will offer, who is eligible to apply for support, and the types of communities the program will support. It also covered the simple process and requirements for submitting a Letter of Interest.
