Description

This procurement is to provide services to assist National Highway Institute (NHI) in accomplishing its training mission to determine the needs of the target audience and then develop, revise, promote and deliver a variety of technical training and resource materials in the Asset Management, Construction, Maintenance, and Pavement & Materials program areas.  The target audience includes Federal, state, and local highway and transportation agencies located within the United States, the Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) Centers, associations, consulting firms, private industry, universities, and other national and international entities engaged in highway work of interest to the United States.
