Description

Obtain services from multiple contractors with the expertise, experience and capable of providing monitoring and technical assistance services across all of Federal Railroad Administration’s seven (7) Regions in order to support the oversight of the High-Speed Intercity Passenger Rail (HSIPR), the Transportation Investment Generating Economic Recovery (TIGER) Discretionary Grant program, and Amtrak grants. Federal statute and appropriation acts delegate the responsibility to administer and provide oversight of these grants and loans to the FRA.

Sources must be capable of providing support to numerous grantees across the nation, can support a range of professional services including but not limited to reviews of program management, safety & security plans NEPA compliance, project scope, capital cost estimations, value engineering, procurement policy compliance and, and render services at multiple locations simultaneously for multiple years.
