This procurement relates to the Test  Device for Human Occupant Restraint (THOR) 5th percentile female anthropomorphic test device (ATD, or crash test dummy).  The deliveries include:  detailed report on design modifications, complete drawing package including documentation, one complete fully-instrumented 5th percentile female THOR dummy, and a report on certification test results.  Amount of work to be procured vs. completed in-house depends on a pilot study currently underway.
