The services being procured are the Office of the Chief Information Officer's (OCIOs) annual Dell/EMC Warranty, Hardware and Software Support Subscription. The OCIO-managed Dell/EMC systems are required for data storage, data management and disaster recovery solutions that support the entire Department of Transportations's (DOT's) computer network. The Dell/EMC requirement includes: Dell/EMC Software Support Plan and SupportEdge Secure and Non-Returnable Disk Plus for two government owned assets.
