Research and development services to develop detail analysis methodologies for the new Pavement Remaining Service Interval (RSI) concept developed in a recently completed Federal Highway Administration research effort titled “Definition and Determination of Remaining Service and Structural Life” and application and validation of the developed methodologies through use of a minimum of two (2) State Highway Agency (SHA) pavement management system data.
The required services to include analytical work to develop methodologies, associated data requirements and application and validation of the methodologies using SHA pavement management system data. The RSI concept is documented in a Final Report, Guideline Document and an FHWA Technical Brief and will be available upon request after May 2013 and will be included in the RFP for this procurement.

Title V, of Public Law 100-656 requires that Federal agencies make available its Procurement Forecast to the Small Business Administration (SBA) and to interested business owners.
