This is the Agreement that must be signed bythe Aggrieved Person, Affected DOI Office and prepared by the Agency Official confirming that the parties agree to enter into mediation with the intent of reaching a mutually agreeable resolution of the dispute presented to the EEO Counselor or accepted for investigation.
