Develop guidance document for State DOTs and other highway agencies to incorporate Quality Assurance in the preparation of geotechnical reports. Guidance will include procedures for drafting a Quality Assurance plan in geotechnical report. Guidance will also include strategies for the review of geotechnical information for Quality Assurance completeness. Develop presentation aids for FHWA personnel to use in the deployment of the Quality Assurance guidance document.
